They just seemed to lack imagination. Add to that the fact that they just weren’t realistic for families. And when I did find recipes that boasted flavour, often times they were filled with canned-this, or jarred-that – something that goes completely against the concept of a healthy-eating lifestyle.
At the end of the day, I just could not find a complete daily guide, with mouth watering food choices, and family-friendly dishes that would not only take the work out of it for me, but make sure we were eating balanced portions every day. I needed a complete 30 Day Meal Plan!
