Goodbye Clutter

Goodbye ClutterClick Image To Visit Site9. Can increase dust mites or other unwanted critters: When you have cleared as much clutter from clients homes and offices as I have, you become very aware of the enormous amount of dust/dust mites, mold, germs and other unwelcome critters that can live in the clutter. The dust mites, etc. can cause allergies or other illnesses, and the bugs are creepy and unsanitary. 10. Can cause fatigue or depression: Continuous stress and frustration can often lead to feeling listless or even exhausted. If the emotional weight of your clutter becomes overbearing it could lead to something even more serious, like depression. 11. Can be passed on to your children: While your clutter itself may be passed on to your children when you’re no longer here, I’m talking about passing on the clutter habit to your children. If they grow up surrounded by clutter then there is a good chance that they too will suffer from the negative effects of clutter when they become adults. 12. Can lead to more serious health problems: Clutter could lead to allergies from dust mites, or something more serious from continuous stress, like headaches, high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, even cancer. These are just some of the reasons why removing excess stress from our lives is so important.

Fly Fishing For Beginners – A Guide To Flyfishing for Beginners.

Fly Fishing For Beginners - A Guide To Flyfishing for Beginners.Click Image To Visit SiteMore than 2,000 years ago, fishermen noticed insects that were eaten by the fish near the water’s surface. They fashioned rough imitations of those insects on primitive hooks and began catching fish. That was the beginning of a sport. The Fly-fishing technique – from finding fish hideouts to understanding the lifecycles of the different insects they eat, along with the other complexities have fascinated fly fishers for thousands of years. To become proficient in the art, continual fine-tuning is required in addition to studying much about how to select your flies, how to adapt and blend the various materials used in the construction of a fly, how to construct a fly using defined rules in accordance with the state of the sky, the color of the water and the peculiar habits of the fish in different rivers.

You’ll find all the information you need to start flyfishing in ‘Fly Fishing for Beginners’, including getting professional pointers on finding the right stance, and information on the most common casting problems so you can avoid each one! How to make baby headbands and hair bows: Headbands for Baby Instructional Guidebook –

How to make baby headbands and hair bows: Headbands for Baby Instructional Guidebook -Click Image To Visit SiteI made the “Ribbon Rosette” bow for my Granddaughter.  I was looking for something sweet and sassy & put 1 ½” wine grosgrain with white polka dots and 2 layers of white tulle together to make this design.  Since it was thicker ribbon, I used only 1 yard.  It went together well and was so easy!  I plan to make many more like this out of all kinds of ribbon.  I’ve made several other designs in the book and I find the instructions and photos so easy to follow.  Your photography is great!  Thanks so much for putting together such a fun group of projects for me to make!  I love your book!

I really enjoyed making all the beautiful headbands described in the ebook.  The instructions are clear and very easy to follow. I liked all the different ways you can make headbands and all the different materials you can use (in case you can’t find something there’s always another choice).   Before I found this book I always wondered what it takes to make baby headbands, never knew how easy it was. Thank you Sarah for creating such a beautifully illustrated and very useful book. For a price of one boutique hairband you can make many, which are unique because they are custom made by you for your precious one. Highly recommend to all those who are blessed with little princesses. Read more…
